The Aligoté "Plantation" by Olivier et Alice De Moor is a wine that can’t fail to excite; comes from pre-phylloxera vines that date back to 1902. A representation of the history and the tradition of a small winery located in the village of Saint-Bris that can’t remain indifferent: in 2005 have embraced the philosophy of biodynamics with manual harvesting, fermentation spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, no filtration and no fining.
