The Cartizze Dry by Adami was born in a small area that has always been famous for the proverbial quality that Glera, the vine of Prosecco, can express. Young, fresh, fruity and light, the Cartizze Dry by Adami looks absolutely lovely and pleasant as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to light desserts. We are in Valdobbiadene, on the hill most important of the entire denomination; the environment here begins to be severe, the first peaks of the Dolomites are really close and protect it from the winds and the cold an environment that is kissed by the warm light of the sun. An enchanted place, able to create a Cartizze really interesting and great quality grapes rich in flavor and freshness. After a soft pressing and a settling of must, Cartizze Dry Adami is left to ferment at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts before in autoclave on the lees for 3 months. The result is a pale yellow Cartizze, from dense foam, fine and persistent; the Cartizze Dry by Adami is able to offer pleasant notes of apple, apricot, pear and pink. Of great finesse and elegance, the Cartizze Dry by Adami Prosecco is one of the highest quality and value. Also perfect as a gift.
