A story started by Giuseppe, the grandfather of Quinto, always associated to the respect for tradition and the ancient methods of wine production, from a collection that takes place exclusively in manual mode. Nothing filtrations, only indigenous yeasts and wine which is stabilized naturally with the winter cold; production philosophy Quinto Chionetti does not bend to the fashions.
