The Franciacorta Rosé Pas Dosé "Parosé" by Il Mosnel de is a Rosé non-dosed that really convinced us during our tastings. Produced by The Mosnel, the "Parosé" is a Franciacorta really elegant in perlage and exciting in the aroma; is thick, creamy, load shifting and perfumes. And one of the flagship products of the historic cellar located in Carmignone, in the heart of the beautiful territory of Franciacorta. Replanted all vineyards in the nineties and the beginning of the biological system make the difference: the goal is to get to have all the vines run certified organic. The Franciacorta Rosé Pas Dosé "Parosé" was born in the vineyards Roccolino, Limbo, Giardino and Tesa, in the territory of Passirano, with exposure to East and South-East. Pinot Noir and 70% Chardonnay 30%, "Parosé" is initially fermented in small oak barrels that house the wine for five months, and then continues its evolution in the bottle, where it remains in the cellars of the seventeenth century the company for 36 months. The "Parosé" shows a beautiful amber color, soft copper, which derives from the presence of Pinot Noir and offers on the nose with all its elegant and refined aromas of raspberry, blueberry and wild strawberries.
