Nerello Mascalese 'Tascante' Tasca d'Almerita 2015

The Tascante is the result of the passion of the wine cellar for a secular, blacks made of volcanic soils, dry stone walls of lava rock. Driven by this dream, the winery has also decided to plant on the Etna, with the project Tascante. In this scenario of great biodiversity, forests of chestnut and oak, from mosses and lichens present on ancient lava, the man still has a fundamental role, more than mechanical means. The Tascante originated in the northern slope of Mount Etna, from vine Nerello Mascalese, slight color but with unique aromatic intensity, with a rich tannic structure, clear and unmistakable.
