Friulano Toros 2015

The Collio Friulano by Toros is one of those white wine who impress with their elegance and minerality that is able to offer. In the beautiful hills of the Collio, located where Italy gives way to Slovenia, was born one of the jewels of the cellar Toros. Large surfaces happily exposed to the sun, surrounded by small villages rich of history and traditions. We are one of the most suitable wine areas of Italy thanks to the favorable microclimate and thermal excursion which gives the essential contribution to the vine for its perfect development. The location and climate also adds the land on which stand the screws: the "ponca"; marl and sandstone that release nutrients and provide an elegant minerality to the wines produced in the Collio. The Collio Friulano by Toros looks in the eyes with its characteristic pale yellow color, while in the nose the aromas are very delicate and invite in almond and yellow flowers. In the mouth the Friulano Toros is dry, full, inviting, elegant; is a growing up of minerality that makes it perfect with another product of the area, the prosciutto crudo di San Daniele or Cormons.
